In the midst of protecting our Kula, our little yogis, their family’s and ours,we will be closed until further notice due to COVID-19. However, we want to share some resources with you, that we feel will help you and your community stay well. We will be using this time to prepare for after the storm!
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that allows us to assist the youth in learning how to self regulate their emotions and express themselves in a safe and healthy way.
Yoga is a great way to improve the youths physical health. Here, we promote healthy movement, while assisting our youth to better understand their body and build their self esteem.
Yoga helps youth learn how to meditate and build the practice of mindfulness. We engage the youth in learning skills that shift their thinking and focus, into positive thoughts of themselves and others. This gives them space to understand their place in the world and the power they already posses.
